The lower levels are designed as an engaging retail environment that encourages movement, interaction, and visibility across multiple storefronts. Open circulation paths and strategically planned commercial spaces help create an active and accessible shopping experience for visitors.
A shaded public atrium designed for gathering and events
At the centre of the development, the public atrium acts as a social anchor for gatherings, events, and everyday interaction. Positioned strategically beside the office tower, the built form naturally casts shadows over the seating zone during peak daytime hours, helping maintain thermal comfort and reducing direct heat exposure.
